In an effort to give back to the Houston community, the American Lebanese Cultural Center (ALCC) in coordination with the Mayor’s Office of Special Events held a Luncheon at Delmar Stadium, the City of Houston's Vaccination Site.
The Luncheon was in support of healthcare workers and volunteers as a token of appreciation and in recognition of their efforts and sacrifices to help end the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The ALCC Organization represented by its President, Board members and Lebanese community Youth group met with site manager Hassan Mbengue and the staff.
We thanked them for their time and effort in vaccinating close to 2,500 people today and expressed our gratitude and admiration for their commitment and dedication in keeping everyone healthy and our City & Country safe.
The ALCC would also like to extend our deepest gratitude to a great member of our community, ALCC Founding member & Trustee, Mr. Fadi Dimassi and his staff for providing the lunch for today’s event and for his continued support to our community.
